Before VPV Agrotek Trading, Pavan worked as a leader in a fruit and vegetable company for last 15 years.
At kisan agri show, I lead initiatives in contract farming, post-harvest management, and processing of farm produce, focusing on both global and domestic markets. My role involves intricate operations management and supply chain coordination, ensuring that our partners receive fair compensation and our consumers enjoy top-tier agricultural products. My expertise in vegetables supply management, vital role in executing these processes effectively, demonstrating my capability in managing complex agribusiness challenges.
